Richard A. Realmuto
President
Mr. Realmuto has over 25 years’ experience in operations, management, analysis, design, construction, commissioning and start-up of electrical power generation facilities, with wide-ranging knowledge in electrical power generation, distribution, control and instrumentation systems. He has direct experience with combustion turbine, combined cycle, central heating and cooling, waste water treatment, mission critical, recycling, waste to energy, solar and wind turbine facilities.
Mr. Realmuto is principal investigator for projects and/or provides specialty support for electrical systems. Specialties include solar PV and electrical power systems. He has extensive experience with the commercially available technologies and has evaluated the application of these technologies for investors and owner in projects.

Slava Makarov
Project Engineer
Mr. Makarov has over 7 years’ experience in analysis, conceptual design, modeling and performance evaluation of Photovoltaic (PV) systems. He is a lead investigator for Solar PV due diligence projects, specialties include Energy Yield Assessments and technical reviews of solar PV projects. Additionally, he is familiar with all of the commercially available PV solar technologies and has evaluated the application of these technologies for investors in solar PV projects.

Bob Monson
Civil Engineer (Consultant)
Mr. Monson has over 50 years’ experience in structural engineering and design services. After retiring from Con Edison in 1998, he began second career as an independent consultant to utilities, state agencies, mechanical engineering firms, architects, construction and various other organizations.
Mr. Monson is the civil/structural investigator for Solar PV due diligence projects, specialties include technical reviews of mounting systems, foundations and geotechnical data.
